We collect only what's needed to serve you: your name, email, and phone; intake answers (timeline, budget, preferences); documents you upload (IDs, pre-approval letters); signed agreements; call bookings; and payment status. We use it to deliver your onboarding, prepare and send agreements, schedule calls, send transactional emails, and power in-portal AI features like the Ask Joe assistant and automated document checks. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

A small set of trusted providers handle data on our behalf: Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, auth, storage), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), SignWell (e-signature), Cal.com (scheduling), and Google ("Sign in with Google" and the Gemini model behind our AI features). AI content is processed only to generate a response and is never used to train third-party models. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe and never touch our servers.

We use minimal cookies to keep you signed in — no advertising trackers or analytics pixels. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what's needed to serve you.

Records are kept while you're an active client and for the period required by Florida law afterward. You can request a copy of your information, ask for corrections, or request deletion of data not legally required to be retained. You can opt out of non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link in any portal email; transactional emails (signed agreements, receipts) continue as part of the service.
